SailPoint wanted a permanent London base that celebrated their global brand while providing space to grow. Morgan Lovell delivered a flexible workspace at Salesforce Tower that balances personality and practicality.

SailPoint, a global identity security firm headquartered in Texas, had outgrown their old office and moved into a temporary space. Now with a permanent new home secured on the 15th floor of Salesforce Tower, they wanted to create a workspace that reflected their distinctive brand and looked ahead to future growth. The brief included space for 60 employees, a large boardroom, meeting rooms, one to one rooms, phone booths, a tea point, mothers’ room, printing station and a dedicated IT and power comms area.

The design process was fast and focused – Morgan Lovell collaborated closely with SailPoint’s marketing team to get the mood, materials and branding spot on. A visual concept centred on their core colours of blue and pink was developed, with tasteful and eye catching applications throughout the space.

A standout feature is the use of dichroic film on glazed surfaces, which creates an iridescent gradient fade across meeting room and pod doors. The motif reappears on iridescent tiles in the tea point, tying the design together with a subtle nod to the brand.

Strong colour accents were introduced in lighting and furniture, including pink chair legs, gradient rugs, navy blue ceilings and vivid soft furnishings in the reception. At the same time, the space remains practical, with acoustic treatments across open plan areas and meeting rooms to support focused work. The layout is fully modular, featuring sit stand desks and movable furniture that allow the team to host town halls and adapt the layout as they grow.

SailPoint’s new London home offers iconic city views and an environment that feels unmistakably theirs. The office strikes a balance between openness and privacy, with spaces that support both collaboration and concentration. The design celebrates their brand identity without compromising on function or comfort. With future growth built into the plan, this workspace will support SailPoint’s ambitions for years to come.
