i’ve lived in laguna beach for about a year and a half now, but because of covid, i wasn’t able to really get out and explore my new neighborhood as much as i was hoping to. but thankfully, we are cautiously lifting that quarantine and getting back to our lives so i’m starting to get to know the local laguna i moved here for. i wanted a slower life where i could walk to locally owned small shops and cafés and be closer to the beach. and last week i discovered just the kind of shop i was hoping to find — meet pop-up grocery brought to us by the local . not only is it adorable but it’s stocked with locally grown, healthy and sustainable 100% organic produce and homegrown or handmade foods of all kinds. and beyond fresh groceries, there’s also a beautifully curated selection of homewares, beauty & wellness products, and even a kid’s section. with the exception of fresh foods, all of which are for those of you not local — and 100% of all sales support the educational initiatives of their .

if you live locally you may decide to make it your new go-to marketplace. forget the big chain stores and make your one-stop shop for groceries — i definitely will be shopping here from now on. it just feels really good to know i’m buying 100% organic from local farmers — their locally caught fresh fish even has the name of the fisherman who caught it on the package — such a sweet and lovely touch. if you liked ( carries avocados from their farm) documentary, you’ll love the very special vibe here. there’s also a selection of freshly cut flowers, baked goods, fresh meats, condiments, and even cooking gear. join their and follow along on to keep up to date on what’s in stock and upcoming social events. it’s also a wonderfully cozy neighborhood gathering space — i went to the recently and meet so many new friends — exactly what i’d been hoping for since moving here. what a refreshing, happy sigh of relief to finally find — my new local shopping and social hangout. so next time you’re in town be sure and make a visit and until then, !
