During Saturday Indesign 2025 guests were welcomed into an entirely draped and layered showroom, where philosophy — that light should serve humanity — was expressed through its iconic designs.

The space was transformed into a reflective stage, with light cast across mirrored planes. Melbourne’s architects, designers, and guests were invited to experience collection in a dialogue with ownworld’s curated selection of international furniture.

Speaking about the exhibition, Sam Manley, Creative Director at ownworld, noted: “Silent Beams was about creating a space where light could speak for itself. designs are both technically precise and emotionally resonant, and our intention was to create an environment that amplified these qualities.”
The event marks the beginning of presence with ownworld, signalling a new chapter in lighting that balances sustainability and innovation for both the home and office.
