Authentic Australian design was of paramount importance to market leading corporate services brand Boardroom in their new fit-out. With over 30 years of experience and more than 500 Australian clients, Boardroom knew that they needed a contemporary and comfortable space which would reflect their true brand identity as well as providing economy of scale cost savings.

Australian Design & Co rose immediately to the challenge, supplying all lose furniture items (excluding workstations) within a tight lead time of just 10 weeks. The project cast a wide scope which saw Australian Design & Co design and manufacture a number of innovative furniture solutions, such as:

Custom boardroom tables
Meeting, breakout area and kitchen tables
Floating desk systems
Furniture with integrated power solutions
Banquette seating
Lounges and general seating
Feature wall lighting

And all within the predetermined 10 weeks.

The success of the project can be attributed to the open and collaborative nature of the partnership between Australian Design & Co and the design team at Geyer. Responding to the challenges of the site was second nature to Australian Design & Co, who overcame the limitations of the site by incorporating the design solution process for in-built elements within the 10-week building period.
