TWINO is a Latvia-based fintech company, which allows its staff to work from anywhere, but maintains that an office is key to a social work culture. Open AD’s design for the activity-based workplace embodies the company culture and brand values. Bespoke furnishing brings the logo to life without the need for separate branding solutions. Seen from the street, a neon light feature catches the eye and announces the company name to passers-by.
The office contains hot desks, lockers, meeting spaces, a kitchen and lounge to cater to employees’ ranging preferences. It is easily transformed to host community gatherings, talks and foosball tournaments. Custom-designed elements like the stylised tool rack support a culture of creativity, brainstorming and ideation. The rack also hints at TWINO’s partner company Vilia, which works in the construction and real estate sector. The two share an office.
