was tasked with giving a clean and modern office in Lisbon, Portugal.
Our conceptual idea for Unicre’s new office was to design a space that would enhance, emphasize and innovate the brand image and values of this financial institution.
This project is located at Green Park, in the Lisbon center and it has approximately 2,500 square meters, a single-floor space that would promote a work culture of sharing, transparency and involvement among employees.
This office is a reflection of new trends both in terms of work, social and environmental.
The plasticity attributed to the central nucleus space gives it dynamism and versatility, creating moments that stimulate interaction, sharing ideas and creativity.
The use of ecological and national materials and the integration of energy efficiency technologies were very important aspects in the design conception.
