Studiokon Venture delivered the complete fit-out of Vinove’s new office, creating a flexible, technology-driven workplace designed to support the company’s continued growth. Located on the 11th floor of Max Tower, Noida, the 1,845-square-meter workspace has been thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and employee wellbeing.
The office incorporates a variety of work settings, including open-plan workstations, meeting rooms, collaborative zones, acoustic booths, wellness spaces, a boardroom, support facilities, and a vibrant staff cafeteria. The design balances functionality, comfort, and adaptability, enabling employees to seamlessly transition between focused work, team collaboration, and informal interactions throughout the day.
A key aspect of the project involved transforming a raw shell space into a fully operational workplace through the integration of HVAC, ventilation, electrical, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and IT infrastructure systems. Advanced workplace technologies, including audiovisual systems, access control, security systems, and smart meeting solutions, were carefully integrated to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
The interior design emphasizes clean architectural lines, high-quality finishes, acoustic comfort, and abundant natural light. Bespoke joinery, glazed partitions, and thoughtfully selected materials create a professional yet welcoming environment that reflects Vinove’s dynamic culture while maintaining global workplace standards.
Sustainability was embedded throughout the project through the use of environmentally conscious materials, recycled-content acoustic solutions, and the reuse of existing furniture wherever possible. These measures helped reduce waste, optimize resources, and support a more circular approach to workplace design.
The result is a future-ready workplace that combines technical excellence, employee wellbeing, and sustainable design—providing Vinove with a modern, efficient, and inspiring environment that supports both current operations and future growth.
