there’s something just so soothing about a long soak in the tub — especially these days. vintage clawfoot tubs take bubble baths to a whole new level, and hardwood and rustic stone floors always look smashing. as you can see from this roundup of bathrooms, it doesn’t take a lot to create the look — if you’ve got the vintage tub you’re a step ahead of the game, but simply add some Moroccan bath towels, some vintage paintings, mirrors, and lighting and you’re well on your way to having a romantic bathroom of your own. it’s all in the details — i love the idea of sea fans, coral and a palm frond or two. brass fixtures add a nice touch too. okay, now that we know what we’re doing, let’s have a soak, shall we?
