vroom, vroom, we’re off to motor city today, and i couldn’t be more excited to share this gorgeous new space on the second floor of detroit’s equally stunning siren hotel. welcome to ash-bar, inside detroit’s iconic wurlitzer building — a minty green, art deco delight. doesn’t it look like the kind of place that deserves us dressing up? i can’t think of a better reason to put together a fancy ensemble for you. i’m actually kind of ashamed to say i’ve never made it to detroit. still, the ultra swanky ash-bar, designed by xavier donnelly with a nod to detroit’s industrial history, is giving me just one more reason to visit. let’s get dressed up, shall we?
