i haven’t been back to paris since the summer of 2022, so i’m seriously jonesing for a trip to the city of lights. therefore, we’re going there again in my imagination, and we’re dining at a relatively new spot in the 11th arrondissement, one of my recently discovered and new favorite neighborhoods. atelier deux-cé created the new and very charming identity of this parisian eatery — welcome to bouche. bouche is a sweet cafe specializing in small plates with a natural wine bar and a menu that changes with the seasons. bouche literally means mouth, so get yours ready for some lovely tapis-style delicacies in a space with a bit of a brutalist vibe but softened with fresh florals, warm, rustic open-beamed ceilings, and some whimsical branding.
