i can’t help myself, we’re back in paris again. i’m sorry but there are just too many fabulous restaurants and this one has piqued my interest! on boulevard rochechouart, you’ll discover , open from aperitif time until late at night. designed by architect , she perfectly imagined a place with a seafood counter and a raw steel facade reminiscent of the storefronts of neighborhood fishmongers, opening through large bay windows onto the street with views of parisian life. invites us to dine à la carte all year round, on the freshest french oysters, clams, and shellfish always accompanied by lemons from the market, a homemade vinaigrette, or a good mayonnaise, and to enhance the feast, there’s a menu of around thirty wines and two house cocktails imagined by the chef.
