i can’t help myself, we’re back in paris again. i’m sorry but there are just too many fabulous restaurants and this one has piqued my interest! on boulevard rochechouart, you’ll discover citrons et huîtres, open from aperitif time until late at night. designed by architect marion mailaender, she perfectly imagined a place with a seafood counter and a raw steel facade reminiscent of the storefronts of neighborhood fishmongers, opening through large bay windows onto the street with views of parisian life. citrons et huîtres invites us to dine à la carte all year round, on the freshest french oysters, clams, and shellfish always accompanied by lemons from the market, a homemade vinaigrette, or a good mayonnaise, and to enhance the feast, there’s a menu of around thirty wines and two house cocktails imagined by the chef.
