je suis désolé, but we are off to paris — yet again. i just can’t help myself because i miss it so terribly much. soon, i hope and when i land back in the city of lights i’d love to check out , a new restaurant celebrating Levantine and Middle eastern, Mediterranean cuisine. i love the idea of sharing plates again and has the perfect to gather around sharing cuisine inspired by the countries of the Levant. designed by paris-based , their interiors are warm and welcoming and seem to glow from within, so think very flattering light. we’re going to get in the mood for fall in a fun , a feminine worn with my favorite some chic , but funked up with some fun retro and a . while you’re awaiting your fancy mixed cocktail, i highly suggest reading by Richard Powers — one of my favorite reads last year and Winner of the Pulitzer Prize in Fiction. the story is a sweeping, inspiring work of environmental activism and resistance honoring the natural world. a story of a handful of diverse people who learn how to see that world and who are drawn up into its unfolding catastrophe.
