
we’re off to new york city today to dine at a 19-year-old wunderkind chef Flynn McGarry’s very first restaurant in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. flynn has been cooking since a very young age and has loads of experience with pop-up restaurants and has trained in many a fine dining establishment, but now he’s the chef of the extremely popular , with menu changes three times a year pertaining to the season, showcasing vegetarian fare from local farms in the tri-state area. he serves up an 8-10 course menu at a fixed price, and gastronomies are lining up to get a table. has a very homey, Scandinavian vibe — it feels a bit like you’ve been invited to a friend’s cool new york pad rather than a restaurant. so we’re going casual and comfy but with a distinctly feminine feel. i’ve paired a flouncy with a and fabulous in gold along with a . add to that a chic , some pearly , and a , and we’re good to go.
