we’re headed up to visit our friends in the cozy north this week to a very charming spot in beautiful british columbia. welcome to in Vancouver, a restaurant with a heartfelt homage to Chef and Owner Jean-Christophe Poirier’s heritage in Quebec and early experience in renowned Montréal restaurants. picture a dark blue and dreamy ambiance with some very vintage bistro vibes and that’s where offers up a delicious marriage of classic French cuisine and rustic haute country cooking. we’re going to dress the part in a crisp, classic but with a hip twist (french cuffs!), a cool but casual , , paired with a great and comfy . it is chilly up north, so don’t forget acne studios aptly named . i haven’t been to vancouver for years and years, so i think picking up a copy of one of my favorite travel guides, . happy trails!
