Following a period of significant growth, we knew the time was right to find a new headquarters, a space that reflects not only who we are today, but where we are heading. Remaining true to our East London roots, we moved into Elder Studio, British Land’s redevelopment in Norton Folgate, an industrial setting rich in raw character and authentic charm.
The creative direction for the space was to honour and celebrate the building’s heritage and architectural detailing, while introducing a calm and timeless palette that would allow moments of playful personality to emerge with confidence. It was important to retain the original warehouse features, exposed brickwork, Crittall windows and visible services that speak to its material honesty. Against this backdrop, we introduced layered, refined elements, clean lined ceilings, warm timber panelling and polished finishes, creating a thoughtful juxtaposition that softens the industrial shell with a sense of sophistication and calm.
The final layer of the space is identity. Through texture, considered colour palettes, curated artwork and styling, we have created a true white paper personality, a home that feels distinctly ours and provides the perfect environment for our team to thrive.
Designed with flexibility at its core, the studio offers a variety of spaces, a generous breakout area for gathering and hosting, alongside zones dedicated to focus, collaboration and informal meetings. A dedicated design library sits at the heart of the studio, encouraging material exploration and playful creativity for the team.
In essence, our new headquarters captures not only the growth of our business, but the evolution of our design language, a more mature, confident and sophisticated expression of the brand.
