In Milan’s Monte Rosa 91, we reimagined Wind Tre’s HQ, transforming two floors into a dynamic, flexible workspace that fosters collaboration and well-being. Our design integrates biophilic elements, sustainability, and adaptability to enhance daily experiences. Prioritizing social connection and creativity, we created an environment that evolves with its users. Green spaces improve air quality, reduce stress, and boost productivity. This transformation sets a new benchmark for the future of workplace design.
