BIT Creative Barnaba Grzelecki used thoughtful materials and intentionality to complete the design for the Yareal offices in Warsaw, Poland.

The office was designed for the investor performing in real estate market. The company occupies the area of about 1000 sqm in Lixa Campus in Warsaw. The investor’s most important assumption was to create the working environment that would be a response to actual employees’ needs. The arrangement has been perfectly fitted to the client’s expectations. The space is highly functional and open as well as creative and very inspiring. The interior is full of life, while the conscious usage of the materials and colours gives the space unrepeatable character.

The whole space is divided into few flexible working areas, semiprivate areas and conference rooms. The elements of both the plan and the interior design are the result of the architects’ idea and investor’s practical needs.

The project reflects the concept of the office as the representation of the firm. This time the investor is the developer active in office and housing sector.

The interior had to be realized with the highest precision and carrying about each little detail. The materials used in the project of design are of the highest quality. The industrial climate of the office is soften by a big amount of plants and wood. The mentioned above and other used materials create cosy but at the same time industrial and contemporary style of the office in which we can find many unrepeatable details. The excellent complement of the arrangement are not only the contemporary furniture but also the acoustic solutions visible on the walls and ceilings.

The office has no one theme. Here we have some kind of delicate eclectic style which harmonised as a whole and create elegant and subdued space. In the project we have designed a lot of interesting solutions and details. The whole concept is based on oval shapes and the walls with ornament glass divided by muntin. These spheric shapes and divisions are present in the whole area. We always make sure that the details are designed with a high precision. I think that in this particular project acoustic ceilings in wooden frames and the lighting in the communication deserve our attention. But also the glass walls and partitions with felt and ornament glass. Warm colours of wood as well as the furniture and walls finishing. The details of the velour walls, neon and of graphics design. And last but not least many accents that results in cosy and special atmosphere in the new Yareal office.
