i’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but the tried and true, classic bedspread is back in a big way. and though i’ve been a duvet girl forever, i really love this modern take on the old-school bedspread. it’s giving me childhood flashbacks to my mum yelling at me, “make your bed!” — why did i always resist? now i’m a diehard bedmaker. seeing a properly made bed is an excellent, fresh start to the day and feels much more satisfying to me than seeing a lumpy pile of last night’s slept-in sheets.
