The other two options include one with more freebies of “$29 value” for $15 more cash (depends on if you’d use them) and one that includes the upgraded Plus membership.
This deal is for new memberships only, as defined as follows:

Some folks like to rotate a year with Sam’s Club and a year with Costco, as both usually offer new member deals regularly. The came back around last month but is currently expired.
