AC Mobility’s new office in the Philippines reflects the brand’s forward momentum and commitment to people-first innovation. Designed as a flexible home for its growing team, the space emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and belonging. Without a formal reception, visitors are welcomed straight into an open, employee-centric environment where workstations, collaboration corners, and multipurpose areas shift easily between focused tasks and team discussions.
At the heart of the workspace is the breakout area, designed with an industrial-chic palette of cement finishes, warm wood tones, and AC Mobility’s signature Dark Olive Green and Electric Blue, energised with vibrant pops of orange. More than just a pantry, this hub fuels connection and creativity, embodying the company’s culture of movement and innovation. A bold LED installation, featuring the stylised “A” logo with a plus symbol, anchors the space against a lush green backdrop, symbolising energy, electricity, and mobility while reinforcing the brand’s identity.
Meeting and executive spaces continue this material story with cement finishes, natural wood, and sculptural detailing. The boardroom strikes a balance of sophistication and focus, designed for leadership and strategic planning. Executive areas introduce custom wooden shelving, curved ceiling lights, and exposed green piping—an interplay of textures that reflects leadership that is both grounded and visionary. A mix of lounge-style seating and focused work zones ensures flexibility for both formal and informal discussions.
Across the open office, a large graphic wall highlights AC Mobility’s core values, serving as a visual anchor and daily reminder of the company’s mission. This integration of brand and workspace fosters pride, purpose, and a shared sense of direction among employees.
