ArianeGroup, a leader in space transportation, has brought together three of its subsidiaries, ArianeGroup, Arianespace, and MaiaSpace, within a single headquarters at the heart of the Paris skyline. Designed to accommodate 330 employees across 3,000 m², the new workplace is both a functional hub and a showcase of the Group’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the well-being of its teams.
The design concept was inspired by the four natural elements, fire, water, air, and earth, which also embody the DNA and values of the Group. These elements served as the creative thread running through the project, guiding the layout, materials, and furnishings to create a cohesive environment that encourages collaboration and comfort.
Eco-responsible materials were selected to give form to these inspirations: Alpi veneer symbolizing fire, recycled paints and flooring echoing nature, and mirrors suggesting the ocean. This symbolic approach extends to the visual identity of the space, where the presence of rockets reflects the Group’s spirit of innovation and aspiration.
The integration of plants throughout the offices further strengthens the connection between nature and ArianeGroup’s mission, offering employees a workplace that balances modern design with sustainability and well-being. More than an office, this new space reflects the ambition and scale of the Group’s missions, creating an environment that embodies both its technological excellence and its human values.
