Spanning approx. 110 sq m, the design reimagines the traditional estate agency office into a sophisticated yet sociable workspace. The brief focused on creating an “urban city-living” feel with a sense of understated luxury, blending bespoke joinery, sculptural lighting, and tactile materials to create a space that feels more like a boutique residence than a workplace.
Key features include breakout zones for private meetings, a vintage-inspired phone booth clad in black timber panelling, and thoughtful lifestyle touches such as a bathroom with an ensuite shower to support wellbeing and work–life balance.
