AT4 Offices – Valencia

The project for the new offices of the company AT4 has the challenge of transforming an old space located in the center of Valencia into a flexible and comfortable workspace adapted to the current demands of both management and attraction of talent as well as space optimization.

The project was generated through the WORKPLACE ERRE system. A design methodology developed by the ERRE architecture after more than 25 years of experience, based on flexibility, comfort, and technology.

To achieve this, a preliminary study of the different profiles of the company was carried out, analyzing mobility and occupancy scenarios. With this initial information, a project was designed based on the company’s activity in which there are no fixed or assigned positions. Besides, the space has a wide variety of space typologies adapted to each need.

FLEXIBLE OFFICE
The project proposes two main workspaces. With an open, agile, and flexible character, these areas lack hierarchies and can be used according to the daily activity of the company and its employees. This approach enhances and fosters communication among different profiles and departments.

Moreover, surrounding these main spaces are various types of meeting and focus rooms that complement the daily activity of the company.

This distribution and design have allowed for the optimization of the available space, achieving the maximum performance from every square meter.

COMFORTABLE OFFICES
One of the initial objectives of the project has been to design comfortable and healthy offices where one can feel as at ease as at home.

To achieve this, a warm materiality has been chosen, in which the use of wood and neutral colors predominates, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The use of carpeting also allows for the improvement of the office’s acoustic conditions. The design also includes a kitchen-lounge space that acts as a meeting and resting place for employees.

Lastly, the project integrates within its design the necessary technology to respond to current demands and be prepared for future challenges. A new office project that has allowed for the improvement of the company’s image, its reputation, and the satisfaction of the entire team.
