it’s quite damp and gray outside today (which is actually a welcome change from the heatwave we’ve been having). when we get a reprieve like this it just makes me want to curl up in a comfy corner and nap or read. it gives me those vintage vibes, the ones you get when you’re visiting a charming country Bed & breakfast or staying in your favorite aunt’s cozy guestroom. at the very least these rooms make me want to locate the nearest flea market and drive there fast. but when there’s not a flea market in sight, you can find great vintage finds on and ebay of course, but also online vintage shops like , and . i don’t normally go for a full-on vintage look, but i do love a good vintage-modern mix. but this day’s got me going all the way back in time, and these rooms just feel right for my mood.
