The office is envisioned as a thoughtfully crafted, people‑centric workplace that balances functionality with experience. Rooted in a garden‑inspired concept, the design emphasizes clarity in planning, intuitive wayfinding, and a layered mix of collaborative, social, and quiet spaces to support varied work modes and emotions throughout the day.
The office planning is structured around a clear and intuitive layout that divides the workplace into two primary wings—Sales and Innovation—allowing each function to operate with clarity while remaining visually and experientially connected. A neighbourhood‑based planning strategy is adopted throughout, with each zone distinctly color‑coded to support cognition and intuitive wayfinding. These neighbourhoods are enriched with localized collaboration zones and informal breakout pockets, ensuring teams have easy access to spaces for spontaneous interaction without disrupting focused work. The design language is soft and welcoming, as seen in the use of curved forms, layered lighting, and tactile finishes that lend warmth to the otherwise efficient spatial organization.
At the heart of the workplace, the Client Lounge serves as a refined transitional space between the Front of House and the Boardroom. Designed as a calm pause point, it introduces a strong biophilic expression through garden‑inspired arches, muted pastel tones, and low plush seating arranged to encourage relaxed conversations. The overarching theme of the office is rooted in the idea of a garden, interpreted through multiple experiential layers—from vibrant, energetic “human parks” that support collaboration and ideation, to serene zen gardens that promote quiet focus and reflection. Enclosed meeting rooms strike a balance between formal and informal, each color‑coded by zone and accented with soft‑toned wallpapers and environmental graphics that extend the garden city narrative. The cafeteria reinforces this outdoorsy character, with a food service counter styled as a container box complemented by rustic white brick, creating a casual, social environment that brings people together and completes the holistic workplace journey.
