i love when a brand has a great blog, too. very few do it well, but there’s a handful i frequent regularly — jenni kayne’s rip & tan (featured earlier today), task new york’s tumblr the poetry of material things and stories from the line, and now jewelry and accessories designer kendall conrad’s new blog aficionada. the things these blogs have in common are a great eye for style and design, an interesting and/or eclectic aesthetic — and in this case a new monthly profile on the women who inspire us. i love nothing more than a sneak peek into someone’s home, and the inspiration behind their style and aficionada is brimming with ideas and features on some very talented artists and entrepreneurs. do have a look for yourself!
