Avalant designed Insurify’s new office as a welcoming and vibrant workplace created to support the needs of the company’s rapidly growing team. The space reflects Insurify’s identity and values while providing a flexible working environment that balances collaboration, focused work, and social interaction.
Two main open-plan work areas are positioned along opposite sides of the floor, each offering a distinct spatial experience. One benefits from a direct connection to the building façade and abundant natural daylight, while the other is positioned alongside the inner courtyard, creating a greater sense of enclosure and seclusion. The two areas are connected through a central core that accommodates meeting rooms of different sizes, as well as individual phone booths providing privacy for calls, virtual meetings, and focused tasks.
The entrance corridor running alongside the façade creates a welcoming and panoramic approach into the office, leading first to the generous canteen and recreational area that serves as the social heart of the workplace. Welcoming both employees and visitors, this shared space encourages informal interaction and a sense of community before transitioning into the main office areas beyond.
The interior palette combines a predominantly monochromatic base with vibrant accents inspired by Insurify’s brand identity, bringing energy and character into the workplace. Acoustic panels and wall claddings in a variety of shapes and dimensions contribute to sound comfort while becoming distinctive design features throughout the interior. Integrated lighting further emphasizes these elements and reinforces the office’s contemporary character.
Greenery is incorporated throughout the workplace, softening the interior and complementing the material and color palette.
The result is a dynamic and welcoming office that combines functionality with a strong visual identity, creating an environment that supports both individual focus and collaboration while fostering a sense of connection and community.
