kitchen accouterment for we gourmands — i’m really into it. if you saw my recent wee kitchen makeover, you may have noticed i have a lot of kitchen collectibles. i just can’t help myself for some reason. maybe because i love to cook and enjoy spending time in my kitchen, playing with my various gadgets both new and vintage, and i love great vessels for all those kitchen spoons, spatulas, and tools. i also have a ton of serving pieces, because i love hosting dinner parties and cooking for friends. so i’m definitely a collector. i’ve found lots of resources for these contraptions and cookware, from the french flea markets where i shop for super marché (check out my accessory collections), to online sources like elsie green, food52, Etsy, and sur la table, and even amazon just to name a few. i also repurpose good-looking old wine bottles (for serving water), jars, and even those cute glass yogurt containers, which are perfect and pretty for serving condiments on your dining table. here are a few of my favorite looks, and sources for creating your own unique collection of kitchen accouterment.
