LAR Construtora’s new office, on one floor of the Riverside building in São Paulo, is more than a simple workplace. It is a space meticulously designed by Studio L, where transparency, comfort and inspiration meet to create a truly exceptional environment.
From the moment they enter, visitors are greeted by an atmosphere of openness and accessibility, reflected in the careful choice of materials and layout of the space. The perforated metal sheeting at the reception not only offers a subtle glimpse into the interior, but also conveys a message of transparency and welcome. This approach continues in the glass partitions of the phone booths, which provide privacy without compromising the feeling of unity within the office.
In addition to physical transparency, the project also aims to create a welcoming atmosphere, where employees and visitors feel at home. The lounge, with its hollow metal shelf, where models of houses built by LAR CONSTRUTORA, and comfortable furniture, invites relaxation and interaction, promoting a more informal and collaborative work environment. For main meetings, bright and spacious conference rooms are designed to inspire creativity and facilitate open dialogue.
One of the highlights of this project is the carefully planned visual communication. Every detail, from the decorative murals to the pictures with inspiring phrases, was designed to promote surprises and encourage the team. Famous phrases from renowned leaders and thinkers adorn the walls, reminding all employees of the importance of perseverance, innovation and teamwork.
The end result is a work environment that goes beyond the traditional expectations of a corporate office. It is a space where transparency, comfort and inspiration merge to create a unique atmosphere, where employees feel valued and motivated to reach their full potential.
