Located in northern Chihuahua, Mexico, within an industrial complex, Más Promocionales new offices arise from the transformation part of a warehouse originally used to store merchandise. The intervention builds upon this existing condition, introducing lightweight architectural elements that coexist with the building’s industrial character while allowing the workplace to adapt to the company’s gradual growth.
Developed in phases, the project began in 2021 with the incorporation of reception, service, and administrative areas. A later expansion finished the program schedule and introduced a comprehensive interior design strategy connecting new spaces for sales, design, meetings, and executive offices.
On the ground floor, the reception leads into the workspace through a custom display element that functions both as furniture and a spatial screen. From here, the layout extends toward service areas, a dining space, and a lounge conceived as an informal setting for receiving clients and showcasing the company’s products. The upper level is accommodated with administrative areas, the main meeting room, and a members’ club.
The expansion introduces the project’s defining architectural gesture: a continuous timber-clad ribbon that moves through the interior, transitioning from ceiling plane to vertical element and work surface. Beyond its formal presence, it acts as an organizing element for the open workstations and establishes a distinct scale within the workplace.
Managerial and executive offices are arranged around this central element, enclosed by glass walls that preserve visual continuity. The transparency allows light and views to extend across the workspace, while the timber introduces warmth against the existing concrete floor.
