i thought it might be fun (and resourceful for you!) from time to time to feature some of my favorite online shops and designers. the amazing thing about the web is being able to literally shop worldwide without leaving our laptops. not that i don’t encourage travel and in-person investigation because i’m strongly all for that, but sometimes we just don’t have the luxury to jet off to say, sweden — where we’re headed today. so on with it then — today we’re featuring a very long time favorite of mine –gothenburg-based . i’ve been following inspiring founder, artist and designer elisabeth dunker for about 10 years now — ever since first discovering her playful, fanciful work on around 2007.
elisabeth has branched out so much since then — creating a prolific body of work inspired by curiosity, folk art and offbeat creative expressions outside cultural norms. carries everything from homewares likes , , and and to whimsical , and to now include (even !) from other independent designers as well as elisabeth’s own wonderful designs. here’s a look at some of my favorites from the — and be sure to follow elisabeth on and on for more of her creative and inspiring lifestyle.
