Born in Algeria in 1933, Max Sauze studied in Paris and is known for his experimental lighting designs. The Orion chandelier, a standout piece, showcases his exploration of structures, Aluminum strips form the modular design. While less renowned than some contemporaries, Sauze’s objects are highly sought after by collectors today.

He lives in Aix-en-Provence, you can visit his artistic garden there: Le Jardin d’Eguilles
