so, it’s a little hard to visualize, but for we closed off the entrance to the back guest bedroom (which is now part bathroom / part walk-in closet — more to come on that soon) and instead of just leaving the former doorway a plain old wall, we made it into an arched niche — . so, i now i’m hunting for the perfect mirror for the spot, which i think should also follow the arched curve at the top. no easy task and i may need to have it custom made. i have exactly in my head what i want (which is usually the beginning of all nightmare hunts because what you see in your head is not always what you get). anyhow — on my search, i’ve come across some lovely mirrors and i thought i’d share. has very cool vintage-inspired mirrors that come close to my needs — just not the right size. and has some beautiful vintage vanity mirrors. anyway, peer into my search for the ideal mirror.
