This space is a statement of purpose: to remain at the forefront of technology while opening up new opportunities for connection across the country.
From the very beginning, the design was driven by a clear vision: to create a flexible, functional, and welcoming environment capable of supporting the dynamic nature of a tech-driven company. These offices are home not only to internal teams but also to a wide range of external providers who are a key part of the On Net ecosystem. With that in mind, the space was designed to encourage collaboration and facilitate everyday interactions.
The color palette is inspired by the brand’s identity but expressed through neutral, calming tones that contribute to a serene and professional atmosphere. Natural light plays a central role: workstations are arranged in an open-plan layout along the perimeter windows, maximizing daylight flow into the core of the office. This not only enhances employee well-being but also supports energy efficiency.
At the heart of the layout are the shared spaces: meeting rooms, phone booths, and collaborative zones that complement the open workspace. These areas are essential for enabling teamwork and offering a variety of settings for both formal and informal meetings.
The coffee area serves as a key social hub. Designed to be warm, flexible, and inviting, it encourages casual conversations and cross-team interactions, reinforcing the company’s culture. A standout feature of the office is the central platform—an elevated area that accommodates informal gatherings, team meetings, and group presentations, further promoting dynamic use of the space.
