i sense a real trend of late, especially around europe — the concept shop wherein you can peruse products within the actual context of a real apartment rather than a traditional store. the latest is zuexis, a parisian art gallery re-imagined as a townhouse recently featured on sight unseen. designed by paris-based architects batiik studios and decorated with an eclectic mix of vintage and scandinavian classics, the apartment is open to all to view the art collections in a natural setting where we can better imagine what the artwork might look like on our own walls (or just fantasize about living here!). the gallery wall with miniature works is giving me some serious inspiration — just love that look!
