ADP Architects focused on employee development and various work environments when designing PepsiCo‘s office located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage Company is a strategic alliance between PepsiCo Inc. and Suntory Holdings Limited with the mission and vision of strengthening the leading position in the beverage industry while living with the company’s values. As reflecting the company’s spirit, Yatte Minahare, along with the core value which is ‘Growing for good’, the new office delivers an immersive brand experience that supports employees to connect better with the company. The interior design and aesthetic elements of the office are inspired by the flow of the river combining the calming Japanese style. The reception embraces a bright, open, and welcoming feeling leveraging the natural light to meet clients with a great impression on the company’s image. In addition, the Vietnamese local touch is used as the highlight of the Suntory Pepsico office in Viet Nam.

The Suntory PepsiCo Viet Nam office is an agile workplace offering diverse choices as to where and how people work. With the focus on human development, ADP builds up space where all activities from staff are supported, from the cross-team collaboration, sharing knowledge, brainstorming to the private task that needs great concentration. Smart technologies are applied to the office such as the meeting room booking system that upgrades the employees’ working experience.

The new office successfully supports the culture change from the fixed-desk culture to the modern activity-based workplace that enables to work and interact efficiently and productively while better reflecting the identity of one of the most popular beverage companies in the world.
