A workplace defined not just by design, but by how seamlessly it is delivered.
The Progress workplace in Bengaluru is delivered through an integrated Design & Build approach, where strategy, design, and execution are developed as a single continuous process. This alignment ensures clarity from the outset, enabling faster decision making, reducing uncertainty, and carrying design intent seamlessly into execution.
Designed for an engineering led organization, the workplace accommodates a high density program of workstations, meeting rooms, and collaborative environments within a structured and highly legible framework. The floorplate is organized into neighborhoods that create clear team zones while maintaining overall cohesion, allowing the space to function efficiently at scale.
Flexibility is embedded into this system. A modular planning strategy combined with non sharing workstations allows the workplace to adapt and reconfigure over time without disrupting its core logic. This enables the office to evolve with changing needs while remaining consistent and easy to navigate.
Collaboration is woven into the layout through shared spaces positioned between neighborhoods, encouraging interaction and movement as part of the everyday work rhythm. A range of seating options further supports different work styles, giving users the ability to choose how they engage with the space.
Glass meeting rooms with fluted detailing establish a consistent visual language across the workplace, maintaining transparency while softening views and providing privacy where required, ensuring the space remains visually connected while functionally efficient.
Material choices are restrained and deliberate. Warm wood tones, muted finishes, and subtle textures create depth without distraction, while ceilings and flooring are used to guide movement and define zones. Brand expression is embedded into the environment through graphics that communicate Progress’ vision and values, making identity an inherent part of the spatial experience.
At the center of the workplace, the café acts as a dynamic social hub. It is designed to expand into adjacent training rooms, allowing it to host large townhall gatherings while also supporting smaller, everyday interactions. A built-in stage enables activities ranging from team sessions to informal performances, allowing the space to shift seamlessly across scales. Subtle references to Bengaluru’s local culture bring warmth and familiarity to the environment.
Sustainability is integrated from the outset, with the workplace achieving LEED Gold certification. Efficient systems, responsible material choices, and a focus on occupant well-being contribute to a high-performance and future-ready workspace.
The result is a workplace delivered with the clarity and control of Design & Build, where design intent is fully realized, enabling a space that is efficient, adaptable, and aligned with the way Progress works.
