At the heart of the Hekla Tower, designed by Jean Nouvel, Recordati has chosen to establish its French headquarters. Rising 220 meters high and crowned with golden beams and prisms, this architectural landmark stands as a major symbol on the Paris skyline. To accompany this iconic move, Sowen designed workspaces that reflect the laboratory’s vision: unlocking potential and providing an environment where every employee can truly thrive.
The project draws inspiration from the prisms adorning the tower, translating them into a subtle play of shapes, textures, and materials. Social areas, meeting rooms, and collaborative zones echo this graphic language, blending warm tones with a more contemporary palette. Bronze, stone, and wood combine with Recordati’s brand colors to create spaces that are both elegant and inviting.
Natural light and greenery play a central role, softening the modern lines of the workplace and enhancing well-being on a daily basis. Organic-shaped furniture encourages creativity and teamwork, while fluid circulation supports spontaneous exchanges. More than just a workplace, Recordati’s new headquarters has been designed as an inspiring destination for its 150 employees, an environment that combines modernity and serenity at the heart of La Défense.
