SITA’s Barcelona workplace was created to support the company’s evolving culture and future ambitions through a more connected, collaborative, and people-focused environment. The project transformed two floors into a cohesive workplace designed to strengthen team connectivity, encourage innovation, and enhance employee wellbeing. Central to the brief was the creation of a workplace that balanced focused work with social interaction, providing employees with a range of environments that support different ways of working while fostering a stronger sense of community across the organization.
As organizations continue to evolve their workplace strategies, SITA recognized the importance of creating an environment that better reflected its culture and aspirations. The challenge was to bring together teams across two floors and create a workplace experience that encouraged collaboration while maintaining spaces for concentration and individual productivity.
