i’m still obsessed with — even more so after cuba where almost every surface you step on is tiled beautifully, even if cracked or decaying. i’m planning on using moroccan-inspired cement tile from for my bathroom remodel and i couldn’t be more excited — if i could just narrow down which tiles i want — there are perhaps just too many pretty choices! i love the richness and texture tile adds to decor and i think it’s a trend that’s here to stay for a long time to come, and i for one am glad to see it making a strong comeback. i especially think it makes sense for floor covering in warmer climates — who needs a lot of rugs when it feels so nice to pitter patter around barefoot on nice, cool tileworks.
