When Trustpilot began exploring a new office, relocation seemed inevitable. But Dthree Studio challenged that assumption, proposing to stay and reimagine—turning constraint into opportunity. They asked: what if they could bring East London to them? This idea became the cornerstone of a concept that viewed the office not as a fixed place, but a flexible platform for any identity.
This decision sparked a collaborative, strategy-led process placing people, brand, and purpose at its core.

The result is a vibrant environment that embodies Trustpilot’s mission to inspire trust and transparency in the digital age. More than a workspace, it’s a platform for connection, creativity, and performance—energising collaboration and celebrating the customer voice.

The brief extended beyond aesthetics. Trustpilot needed a space that reflected their culture of openness and innovation—performing at the highest level while emotionally connecting with their “Trusties.” The goal wasn’t just to showcase brand values, but to bring them to life through openness, storytelling, and sensory engagement.

Every detail—from murals and bold accents to a central kitchen—expresses Trustpilot’s identity. The “oasis in the city” concept shaped a textured, welcoming, and locally inspired design.

Sustainability played a central role in every phase of the project. The decision to retain and transform the existing space—rather than relocate—offered significant environmental benefits. This was complemented by the integration of multi-functional areas and wellness-focused features like the “Trustie Snack Corner,” which support sustainability in both operational and social terms. A dual furniture strategy combined reused pieces with carefully selected new items to reduce waste and support circular design. Energy-efficient lighting systems align with natural work rhythms, minimising consumption. Bolon flooring was chosen for its high recycled content, while carpets were carbon neutral. Fabric ranges included hemp and recycled fishing nets, offering both environmental integrity and sensory appeal.

Together, these strategies created a resilient, adaptable workspace that champions people, planet, and performance.

More than an office upgrade, it’s a living expression of Trustpilot’s global ambition.
