i’ve headed out in search of a little winter reprieve for us, and we’ve landed at in always sunny palm springs. you can count on warm weather in the desert most days of the year, and while it’s still chilly in most parts of the world, we’re okay with that as long as we can briefly escape and plunge into the warm pool under the desert’s incredibly clear star-filled skies. i’ve yet to stay here, but darn it, i really want to. it’s a little different than most palm springs stays in that it’s a bit more bohemian with moody Moroccan vibes and it’s very, very chill should you be looking for a cozy little hideaway. we’re going to grab just a few essentials and pack our . for day trips into town a simple up-styled with , , and some comfy but always cool . let’s pack a flowy for evening drinks and to wear over our chic and of course some , a , and for pool time. we’re going to dig into a good poolside read, by nicholas searle — a super suspenseful story that interweaves the present with the past — think tinder for some very sly seniors with lots of twists and turns.
