BPTP’s new workplace in Noida, designed and built by Space Matrix, centers around a simple idea: sustainability should be something people experience, not just something a company talks about.
Taking inspiration from the nearby Okhla Bird Sanctuary, the workplace brings natural light, greenery, organic textures, and natural materials into the everyday experience. Work areas are positioned to make the most of daylight, while a mix of work cafés, lounges, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, and informal areas gives employees greater choice in how they work.
Well-being is supported through a combination of design and technology. Air management systems, circadian-responsive lighting, ergonomic furniture, smart environmental controls, and touch-free systems create a healthier and more intuitive workplace.
The connection to nature also appears through the office’s visual language. A sculptural tree transforms a structural column into a central feature, while artwork inspired by birds, water, skies, and the surrounding landscape adds moments of nature throughout the floor.
The workplace balances these softer elements with the needs of a modern corporate environment. Flexible spaces support collaboration and movement, while smart systems improve efficiency and reduce friction.
