if you’ve been around my blog for a while, you know that i love a neutral but never boring color palette. in my own space, i aim for just that — layers of white, cream, black, and a lot of mismatched natural textiles layered around my , with all its endearing, odd and old details. i love layering a over a larger sisal rug to add interest to the hardwood floors. and my is covered in an eclectic mix of suzanis, linen pillows, and throw blankets — the more textures, the better for me, but all in subtle patterns and various calming shades of creamy white on white.
so perhaps today’s post is mildly self-serving as i could probably find myself living in any of these soothing spaces. i love their vintage-modern mix of unique furnishings, lighting, textiles, and collectibles, and all feel personal and uniquely stylish. if you like this neutral look, too, you might like to follow a few of my favorites on instagram — ; , , @, , , to name just a few. let’s embrace what some might call a bit bland, shall we? it’s for sure them, not us — all is quite sublime.
