
it’s that time of year again, and has announced their color of 2020 — classic blue! they have said “It’s a color that anticipates what’s going to happen next,” said Laurie Pressman, the vice president of the , which selects the Color of the Year. “What’s the future going to bring as we move into the evening hours?” i love the idea of that, and lately, i’ve really noticed the color of the sky as the sun sets in laguna is exactly that — a beautiful shade of deep blue. blue is such a versatile color — it can be dramatic to decorate with and it can be really bold (think painting your walls solid navy blue!) or if you think of a seaside cottage, blue can be really very calming, and quite traditional, too. here’s a look at my take on the .
