The brief called for the design of an office that would depart from traditional layouts. The aim was to create visually integrated spaces with areas capable of supporting different uses throughout the day.
The project is organized around a natural spatial sequence that structures the experience of the office. The path begins at the kitchenette, continues through the meeting room, and then opens into the main workspace and lounge areas. This progression creates a gradual transition between social and work environments, linking the different zones without relying on rigid partitions.
The open kitchen acts as one of the project’s main gathering points. Paired with a high communal table, it allows employees to have lunch, grab a coffee, or work informally with a laptop. The space encourages spontaneous encounters and informal interaction among team members.
The meeting room is enclosed only by a curved glass wall, maintaining visual continuity across the office. This transparent surface also introduces a strong formal gesture that adds movement and reinforces the project’s organic language, contributing to a sense of fluidity throughout the workspace.
The work area is organized around long communal desks positioned along the windows, maximizing natural light while fostering collaboration. This arrangement supports communication and interaction, making them a natural part of the daily work dynamic.
Lounge areas are integrated as an extension of the workspace, offering places for rest and short breaks during the day. Designed with a more playful and comfortable character, these spaces balance moments of focus with opportunities for relaxation.
A vibrant color palette runs throughout the project, referencing the company’s corporate tones and reinforcing its identity within the space. Materials such as terrazzo, wood, and acoustic panels introduce texture, warmth, and comfort, while a large built-in element organizes the layout by separating the work area from the restrooms and simultaneously providing storage and spatial definition.
